Academics :-
Guru Kripa Divine Grace Public School is affiliated to the CBSE. The CBSE curriculum is followed. The academic session is divided as follows:
Pre Primary Section : Nursery 3+ , L.K.G. 4+, U.K.G. 5+.( A play section also runs for tiny tots of 2+)
At the Pre Primary level we focus on all aspects of learning that provide a comprehensive framework for a child’s development at this level:
- Personal, social & emotional development
- Communication, language & literacy.
- Problem Solving, reasoning & numeracy
- Physical Development
- Creative Development.
- Knowledge & understanding of the world
At this level we follow the Play way method. Education is imparted through formal & informal method which is essential for a comprehensive growth of a child.
Primary Section: GKDGPS provides a rich learning experience for its students. The primary years of a child are from the age of 6 to 11. Students at this age experience a perfect blend of formal education & a variety of co-curricular activities. This enables an all round growth of a child.
The session is planned in such a way at the Middle & the Senior level that a Divinite is groomed academically as well as in other spheres of life, be it sports, culture or theatre. Equal attention is given to academic and co-curricular activities.
There are several programmes through which aptitude, logic & reasoning are developed.
Participation in various Olympiads & quiz competitions is encouraged.
At the Senior Secondary Level (11 & 12) we offer all three streams i.e. Science, Commerce & Humanities, the only school in the district to do so.
